Jivamuktiyoga - ("Jiva" - soul, "Mukti - liberation"), the author's style of yoga by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
The style is based on vinyasa, a sequence of poses that are combined with breathing and smoothly flow into one another, the study of sacred texts, nada yoga (yoga of sound), bhakti yoga (devotion to God), chanting and meditation. Classes differ in level of difficulty depending on the preparation of the group.
The lesson takes place at room temperature with music.
