Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga got its name in honor of its founder - Bikram Chowdhury. The Bikram Yoga class includes a constant sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga poses and two breathing exercises that are performed in a heated room . The room is heated in order to relax the joints and improve the elasticity of the muscles for a deeper and safer stretch of the body. Also, the heat leads to increased sweating, removing all toxins and toxins from the body.

Bikram yoga class is 90 minutes of meditation, where we learn to achieve harmony of body, mind and soul, get rid of depression, stress and fatigue.

Bikram yoga has a huge number of positive effects , such as improving blood circulation, increasing strength, endurance and flexibility, losing weight and improving metabolism. With regular practice, it helps to improve immunity and cope with the symptoms of chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, arthritis, thyroid disease.
