Bikram Yoga Advanced

The Advanced Bikram Yoga class is a sequence of 86 poses developed by Bikram Chowdhury for advanced practitioners, and includes both beginner-level asanas and a number of more complex postures. For example, handstands, headstands, splits, thigh opening exercises (lotus series), deep arches (full camel and full cobra). The duration of the class is 2.5 hours, the lesson is held in a heated room.
