Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Ekaterina Rubanova is a new class of Mindfulness project.
The program was created by biologist and professor of medicine at the University of Massachusetts John Kabat-Zinn in 1979 and Ekaterina studied MBSR teaching at the University of Massachusetts, with its founders.
The practice is based on observation of thoughts, imagination, physical sensations and emotions using various techniques.
The practice is aimed at reducing irritability and anxiety, increasing resistance to stress, improving self-esteem, reducing fatigue, increasing vitality, improving memory and concentration, increasing adaptability, improving performance, revealing creativity and leadership qualities.
