Friends, we are happy to invite you to practice Mindfulness.
The first classes in our new gym are already on the schedule! "Eco Sessions-Meditations" with Evgenia Maslova and breathing practices "Introduction to Pranayama and Contemplation Techniques" with Alla Ulyukaeva.

"Eco Sessions-Meditations" with Evgenia Maslova and breathing practices "Introduction to Pranayama and Contemplation Techniques" with Alla Ulyukaeva.

"Eco session-meditation" with Evgenia Maslova is a practice that combines two parts.
The first is cleansing from toxic emotions and thoughts, building resource emotional intelligence, harmonizing oneself in oneself.
The second part is observing Anapana's breathing and Vipassana's body.
Practice makes it possible to keep concentration, hear yourself and others, consciously choose your thoughts, inner and outer world.
Duration: 60 minutes

"Introduction to pranayama and techniques of contemplation" with Alla Ulyukaeva is a cycle of breathing practices in which we will learn correct conscious breathing, methods of deepening and delaying it, study cleansing, developmental, relaxing techniques, practice the execution of locks (bandhas) in pranayamas and study energetic channels in the human body.
Duration: 60 minutes
